Oshi Shine is a project created by Telgar Drakore as a way for VTubers and Content Creators to get professional grade collectable cards made up for conventions.

VTCC can provide these cards in person at conventions that VTCC are participating in, and the cards can be used directly by VTubers for distribution or made exclusively for event giveaways and can even have specialty variations made up which include holographic and even metal versions.
