Who we are

We are VT Con Central (VTCC), a collective of VTubers who came together to create memorable events and experiences for other VTubers, focusing mostly at conventions frequented by the VTubing community! We host concerts big and small, parties public and private, and help facilitate Meet & Greets with fans and other VTubers.

Our Humble beginnings started as a simple room party exclusive to VTubers to give them a safe space, and from there we grew into advising companies on hosting parties, and then hosting parties of our very own.

On top of room parties, we also focus on providing services for VTubers, weather its helping sponsor an event, providing a safe space or security at cons, and even helping to connect others with merchandise opportunities.

We also run a Content Creator-exclusive discord to help assist others in events, planning, and convention support. We work with all VTubers, from big to small.

OUR PREVIOUS EVENTS

Twitchcon Tavern (Twitchcon 2024)

  • Our First party as Advisors to Hero Factory. This was a ~150 person party at a brewery with food and door gifts included, a merch stand, free collectable cards of the talents, and performances by the talents with a DJ inbetween. The theme was a night at a fantasy tavern. The event sold out.

Pixelated Night (OffKai Expo 2025)

  • Our first foray into hosting an event without a backer under the VTCC organization. This was a ~400 person concert at a nightclub with both General Admission and a VIP space for content creators and performers. The event had food provided as part of the ticket price, a concert held live by in person content creators, a bar with mixed drinks, sponsors assisting with the event setup and sponsoring the VIP area, 2 Meet & Greets held by talents of Mythos.

    The event also offered special welcome bags which included an opportunity for guests to get special collectable cards of the talents that performed which included normal variants, holographic variants, and unique rare metal variants. This party also sold out.
